The only jazz club in Calgary, the upstairs is Piq Niq french bistro, the downstairs is the Beatniq

 Amuse bouche- steak tartar on a Yukon gold potato chip

Starter sampler from Left to Right: Apple, pear and pecan salad with blue cheese and walnut vinaigrette// Foie gras torchon// Jerusalem artichoke salad with bacon, honey, truffle and thyme

Winter salad: dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, feta, walnut thyme vinaigrette, pear gastrique

Pan seared east coast scallops: red and white quinoa, roasted peppers, corn, chive, boar bacon, beurre blanc.


Beef tenderloin: confit potatoes, maitre d'hotel butter, mushroom madiera jus


Dark chocolate cake with cashew butter filling, salted caramel sauce, dark chocolate cashews.

Blackberry pot au creme with biscotti.
