For months I've been dying to check out this place. Globefish is my go-to sushi place, but this is definitely a close second. Price wise it's decent, variety is average, but quality is pretty good. I like the interior of this place, it's slightly bigger than a hole in the wall and the bar-like seating around the perimeter is handy for those who want a quick bite.
Shrimp Tempura: not overly battered, good amount of shrimp
Salmon Mango Roll: Great combo, if there was another type of sauce with this it would be even more fantastic
Spider Roll: Standard special rolls in most Japanese restaurants, this one has a perfect ratio of soft shell crab to rice.
*a tiny pat of wasabi with a decorative, delicious fried lotus root chip. I dislike wasabi, but this lotus root chip is pretty good.
Spicy Tuna Roll: Normal tuna roll with a dollop of spicy sauce on top. This roll was pretty average, I don't particularly like this type of spicy sauce, I prefer the orange, mayo type of spicy sauce.
*Happy sushi face.
