Your basic breakfast joint that isn't Denny's. I think what makes Phil's different is that they have better combination's of your typical breakfast items. And if there isn't one that you like, you can always make substitutions. I had the beef traveler's special: beef 'chubbies', pancakes, and eggs. I like that they give you a pot of coffee for the table, so you are never having to flag someone down to refill your cup.
