Mushroom and Cabbage Knishes.
My very first knish! The dough pastry is very flaky and slightly crispy. The filling is generous and mix of sweet and savoury. Photobucket

Corned Beef sandwich with mustard on Caraway seed bread with coleslaw.
The corned beef is homemade, cured onsite.  What a delicious corned beef sandwich, the caraway seed bread complimented the corned beef while the homemade coleslaw really completed my meal.
