If you don't want to wait in line at JP at Bellagio, just take the tram from Bellagio over to The Aria. This location has a larger seating area, and more selection!

Iced caramel macchiato, the Intense (chocolate mousse, chocolate creme brulee, topped with chocolate fondant and a macaroon), and the Salmon sandwich (Salmon, alfalfa sprouts, onions on a dill bun). The Intense is definitely for chocolate lovers, must have water, after you take a bite. The macaroon is exactly how a macaroon is supposed to taste. Perfect texture, not chewy.
The Salmon sandwich has thinly sliced salmon sashimi, onions, alfalfa sprouts, raw onions, and the bun has dill baked into it. Most delicious sandwich bun ever.
