  Monday – Thursday 11:00am – 10:00pm
Friday – 11:00am – 11:00pm
Saturday – 12:00pm – 11:00pm
Sunday – Closed
Located on Stephen's ave, street parking or try parking at the Telus Convention center after 6pm for free.
Hail Caesar! Fitting, as this is the birthplace of this drink. Garnished with a lime and green bean.
I guess, normally people order around 8 tasting plates per 2 people... I thought that might be alot, so my friend and I stuck with 4.  There are daily specials and mains, but since our appetites weren't huge, 4 was definitely an appropriate amount.

Slow Confit Berkshire Pork belly, Alberta Carrot & Red Beet
   Slaw, Maple jus
[What is it about pork belly that makes the world better? Maybe the crispy skin on the outside? Soo good.  The beets are quite tart. ]
Ricotta & herb gnocchi, organic rainbow Swiss chard,
   cherry tomatoes & parmesan oil
[This gnocchi was fried a bit, as it is a little crispy on the outside. It was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. ]
Seared Pacific Scallops, Brown Butter & Squash Puree, Pine
   Nuts, Turkish Olive oil
[This was my favourite favourite dish of the plates we ordered.  Scallops were perfect, the butternut squash was flipping delicious, I could probably just eat an entire bowl of this stuff. ]

Grilled Alberta Petite Tenderloin Rolls, Balsamic Onions,
Horseradish cream.  [Beef crisis? I'll brave it!. I would probably prefer all pieces to be seared. But pretty good.  I'm not a horseradish fan but they don't give you too much and it actually goes really well together.]
