Koto Sushi

Monday – Friday     11:30AM - 9:00PM
Saturday                   5:00PM -10:00PM
Closed on national holidays and long weekends.
 
Located downtown, street parking can be tricky in this area, many one way streets.

Seared Hamachi Carpaccio with a citrus ponzu.
Probably my favourite dish of the night.
Seaweed salad-kelp and greens on soy sesame chili vinaigrette
Baked oysters- loaded with cheese and roe.  Very rich.

These special rolls were lobster, crab and unagi. Nothing extraordinary, but above average.

Creamy scallop, red tuna, salmon sashimi, inari, spicy tuna, dragon roll.
Dragon roll is a seemingly typical roll, but this place does it right.  Sashimi is quite fresh and portions are large.  Creamy scallop nigiri was absolutely delicious.
